Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellations made up to one week before a scheduled appointment will be processed without penalty (except $100 nonrefundable down deposit).
Cancellations made between one week and 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 25% their trip rate. Because weekend charters are our primetime charters, a weekend cancellation in this time frame will be a $250 cancellation fee plus the loss of your down deposit.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% their trip rate.
